Distance mostly affects scheduling rather than price. Crews stage material for a full day of work, so a build an hour out is planned as one continuous stretch rather than repeated short visits. Rural properties sometimes need a little extra thought about lane width, overhead limbs, soft shoulders and where a delivery truck can turn around — all things we check during the site walk.
